I rechecked each step of the setup/install instructions several times for accuracy, only to be met with a plethora of errors and permissions problems. I went through each line in the config files and verified every value, and I even tried testing using an AppPool running as local system - no luck. This version also fixed some weird IE/404 and FF/XML Parser errors I was getting!
