klabran has uploaded a patch.

Description:
Under the spammer settings for the configuration page I added a check box for showing this or not. I also modified the email that goes out if comments require approval to reflect / respect this setting.

The resource strings are all in english. Didn't know if just using something like google to translate the text is desired by the team...?

Partial fix for paging issue when number of frontpage entries doesn't match entries per page setting in config. This fix doesn't take any filters into account (category and language).
