Post pages return 404 on IIS7

I am in the process of moving my existing blog (dasBlog v. 2.0.7226.0) from an IIS6 machine to an IIS7 machine and am having some difficulties. For starters all of my posts pages (http://domain/YYYY/MM/DD/Name+Of+Post.aspx) give me 404s. My domain name hasn't changed, and my blog is using the default xml content files, so I just ftped up the site to the new hosts and switched the DNS entries. The main page works, but thats all. It appears that anything that has a URL that doesn't map to a file on disk is failing.

I have tried both integrated mode and classic mode on IIS7 and neither make a difference. I have also tried modifying the web.config to add a <system.webServer><modules>...</module></system.webServer> section to specify the http modules, but that doesn't seem to change things. I have attempted giving the IIS7 worker process read/write permissions over the web root.... but again, no success :-(

I realize that I am not running "the latest" version of dasBlog, but I was kind of hoping to push off an upgrade until after the holidays.

Please help me get my blog back up again :-)

What about a post that doesn't have a plus sign in the title?

I don't think IIS7 likes plus signs in the URL.

Unfortunately that doesn't make a difference. Even the category listing page (which has no pluses) is failing with a 404.

Well, I pulled the trigger and upgraded to version 2.2. That has fixed the issue nicely.

Other than my external URLs changing :-(, I am happy with the process and wish that I had just upgraded at the first sign of trouble.

Thanks for your help, and and thanks to you and all the other developers of dasBlog. Keep up the great work!
