This release was completely over complicated.

I needed a new blog for 3 of my sites. I walked through the instructions and it failed on these hosts. Winhost, DiscountASP.NET and Godaddy.

I rechecked each step of the setup/install instructions several times for accuracy, only to be met with a plethora of errors and permissions problems. I went through each line in the config files and verified every value, and I even tried testing using an AppPool running as local system - no luck.
